Monthly sessions - Sundays in Canberra

AquaBliss Biodanza is an invitation to release, harmony and flow done in warm, body temperature water.

Aqua Biodanza sessions are deeply healing, relaxing and renewing experiences. They are subtle and gentle and help reduce tension and chronic stress, stimulate the immune system and bring a sense of harmony and well-being.

Only 12 places are available for this special experience due to pool size.

Biodanza in warm water is a special extension of Biodanza that can be studied once one becomes a Biodanza facilitator. Kate completed this specialised training in Europe.

This workshop may be particularly supportive for :

  • Relaxing deeply held tensions in the body.

  • Feeling more connected to life in a relationship of trust, wonder and surrender.

Below is a film about a group having Aqua Biodanza training with Marcus Stueck in England, it will give you some ideas of what to expect and the many benefits of the process.

More about Biodanza

As humans we need to move to re-set our nervous systems after stress. Biodanza offers you space to move through the stresses of the day and reconnect.

It helps you to remember you are more than what goes on in your head! This is nourishing and supportive to your vitality. It can also boost your mood and help you connect to a deeper sense of contentment and joy in life.

“Dance is an expression that belongs to everyone, as a possibility say with the body everything that the word cannot express.” Elodie – Biodanza facilitator from Belgium

A Regular Biodanza Practice

Biodanza is an invitation to dance with life, to awaken your ‘joie de vivre’ – joy of living. It gives you the energy to face life, find new ways, learn, grow and express yourself.

Born in South America, Biodanza is an uplifting fusion of music, movement and genuine connection being embraced around the world. It’s a way to open new doors in your life, lift your mood, enhance your expression and ability to connect.
