Join us for a transformative 10-week Biodanza journey on Wednesday evenings at Balanced Yoga in Kingston. Each session runs from 7:15 PM to 9:00 PM, offering a dynamic and nurturing space to explore life’s many dimensions through movement and connection.

Inviting you to join us for a program of Biodanza on Wednesday evenings at Balanced Yoga in Kingston in 2025.

We will dance our way across the year through 4 series of Biodanza exploring various dimensions of life and ourselves with the deep system of human integration and development that is Biodanza.

Traversing inner landscapes within the dynamic and sensitive space of shared intention and interaction that is created in a Biodanza group.

We hope you will join us for these wonderful journeys in 2025 and also for the exciting program of workshops we have planned. Together these offer many opportunities to enjoy, grow and share life-enhancing and enriching experiences.

Biodanza draws on the universality of human traditions in music and dance, the creative arts as a mode of healing, and the life sciences of biology, anthropology, and psychology.

This series is led by Kate and Claudio, experienced facilitators who have guided Biodanza for many years. Their expertise will take you on a unique journey of self-discovery. Everyone is welcome!

April 9 & 16 (no class on 2nd April)

 

Program Details:

The weekly program is progressive and does ask for commitment. It is ideal if you can attend each week however if this is not possible, attendance every two weeks is also possible. Please get in touch if you want to join but have a specific situation or time that you are away – let’s see if we can make a plan.

  • Your Care: While we take every care as facilitators, you are responsible for your well-being during the classes. Any injuries sustained are not the responsibility of the facilitator or Biocentrica.
  • Class Rollovers: For every 5 classes purchased, one class can be rolled over to the following full term of classes. For example, if you buy a term of 10 classes and miss 3, you can carry over 2 classes when purchasing the next full term.
  • Credits: Credits can only be used for other Biocentrica products and are valid for one year from the event date. You can transfer your credits to another person.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds. For exceptional circumstances, such as medical illness that fully prevents attendance, please contact us.
  • Payment Fees: All payments made via this website include a credit card fee of 1.8% to cover payment gateway costs. Other payment methods, such as bank transfers, are available on request but incur a $10 admin fee.
