Feel your dance with life unfold each week in new directions, moving you towards a more sustained sense of plenitude, pleasure and creative, loving ease. A regular practice of Biodanza, in a group, is a space for old patterns to dissolve and more possibilities to open. The positive effects develop over the weeks and carry into your everyday life, the more you dance, the more this happens.
Shake out the stresses of the week and some space for yourself. Dance, move, enjoy and connect.
Enjoy regular Biodanza with Kate and Claudio in Canberra on Tuesday evenings. An ongoing, open group where you can dance more doors open in your life.
Weekly Biodanza is where magic happens – the effects develop over the weeks and carry into your everyday life, the more you dance, the more this happens. Everyone is welcome!

Biodanza is a process and is designed to be a regular, weekly practice as much as possible. To encourage you to have a regular experience we make the price lower for the longer you commit.

Biodanza draws on the universality of human traditions of music and dance, the creative arts as a mode of healing and the life sciences of biology, anthropology and psychology.
Led by Kate and Claudio, who have been guiding Biodanza for many years, this series will take you on a unique journey of self-discovery. Everyone is welcome.

Terms & Conditions
- In purchasing this product you recognise that while we take every care as facilitators, you are responsible for your care during the classes and that any injury is not the responsibility of the facilitator or Biocentrica.
- Weekly Classes: For every 5 classes purchased, one class can be rolled over to the following full term of classes. For example, if you buy a term of 10 classes and miss 3, you can carry over 2 classes when purchasing the next full term.
- Credits can only be used on other Biocentrica products and are valid for one year from the initial date of the event. You can transfer your credits to another person.
- Refunds. We do not offer refunds. For exceptional circumstances, such as medical illness that fully prevents you from attending our classes, please contact us.
- All payments made via this website have an added credit card fee to the advertised price. This fee is added to cover the cost incurred by the payment gateway Stripe. As of 22-Nov-2022 this fee is 1.8%.
- Other payment methods, e.g. via bank transfer, are also available on request but incur a fee of $10 to cover admin costs.
