To follow the star of our desires invites us to keep contact with the hopeful guidance of our dreams. By nourishing the roots of our wishes we open pathways for them to flourish and grow in everyday life.

Kate and Claudio did the training for this extension of Biodanza in Argentina and are looking forward to sharing it with you here in Australia. It’s a residential retreat from Friday night until Sunday afternoon at the lovely Swamis Retreat Centre in beautiful bushland just outside Sydney. As well as comfortable facilities it also has a pool, sauna and spa. There are various accommodation options.

We recommend you have some experience with Biodanza.

All prices include workshop, shared accommodation and nourishing vegetarian meals

Location

The location is the beautiful retreat centre Swmis located on the outskirts of Sydney set on 60 acres of bushland in Dharug country. With immediate access to nature, comfortable accommodation, a pool, a sauna and delicious vegetarian food, this is a wonderful venue for this workshop.

About Claudio and Kate

Kate from Australia and Claudio from Brazil have been practicing Biodanza for more than 20 years. They facilitate Biodanza with sensitivity and passion inviting people to live with more open hearts and a deeper reverence for life. Transforming moments in Biodanza have been guides in their lives for many decades and imbue the depth, experience and humanity they bring to their facilitation.

Kate has practiced Biodanza since 1999 and has been facilitating for 22 years. She is a director of the Biodanza School Southern Cross, Australia training Biodanza facilitators. Claudio did Biodanza for a decade in Brazil before coming to Australia and becoming a Biodanza facilitator and recently a didact teacher. They are trained in numerous Biodanza extensions and facilitate regular groups and workshops.

Glamping

5-metre bell tents comfortably equipped with power points, lighting, a heated blanket, and a fan for warm days. All bedding provided, and bathrooms are a few steps away. Tents can have twin or queen beds.

Camping

Bring your own camping equipment or campervan (non-electrified). Plenty of camping space to pitch your tent on the beautiful property.

Swami’s Yoga Retreat centre

Swami’s is situated on 60 acres of tranquil bushland and only 55 minutes from the centre of Sydney. The comfortable guest rooms will ensure you an opportunity to relax and enjoy the Biodanza weekend. On-site facilities include a pool, spa, sauna, gym, library and tennis/basketball court.

Swami’s is a transformational retreat centre, intended to help you reset and rejuvenate while you build more compassion, mindfulness, self-love, and balance in your life. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All catering is strictly vegetarian and no meat is allowed on the premises.

• We have made every effort to keep the prices as low as possible, please note the conditions below.

• Due to the nature of the venue booking requirements, we cannot offer part-payments for the retreat. These prices are fixed regardless of how many nights you stay.

• We cannot offer refunds on tickets due to booking and commitments made for the venue and travel from international destinations. However, all tickets are transferable, and where we can, we will help you find people who are interested.

• If the event does not go ahead because we or the venue cancels it, you will receive a full refund minus credit card fees.

Public transport: The closest train station is Rouse Hill Station – take a taxi/Uber from there (Uber is cheaper via Annangrove Rd and Blue Gum Rd – the shortest route).

Shuttle: For guests travelling from interstate or overseas – a local shuttle bus company can pick you up from the airport and take you to the front door. (Hillz Shuttlz Ph: 1300 650 336). You may want to coordinate this with other people arriving from interstate using the group chat.
