Give yourself time and space to enliven your vital energy and emerge into the coming seasons of spring and early summer. Once a month special Flourishing Life – Biodanza Saturday Series Canberra from August to November. Each session is designed to invite you to dance and embody an element of life unfolding and flourishing within you.
Peter and Julia will facilitate these Biodanza sessions of dance, music and connection to help you unwind and drop into openness, possibility, and flow in the welcoming space of Balanced Yoga in Kingston.

About Saturdays of Biodanza
Your invitation to shed the stresses and enter into more sensing, presence and joy. There is time to get into your rhythm at the beginning and then enjoy restorative slower, more meditative movements towards the end of the session.
Flourishing Life – Biodanza Saturday Series in Canberra is for you to experience:

About your facilitators
Peter Elliot
Peter is a facilitator under supervision who loves the vitality and growth Biodanza has added to his life. He has been teaching classes in Canberra for the past 12 months and is inspired by the changes it makes for people in their physical expression, health, sense of aliveness, and connection with themselves and others. He has been dancing Biodanza since 2014 and wants to make this opportunity available for many more people to experience and enjoy.
Julia Rasmussen
She totally fell in love with the movements, music and connection found in Biodanza and, as a result, is passionate about sharing Biodanza to support personal growth in freedom of expression, relationships and enjoyment of life. She is also a facilitator under supervision who has been practising Biodanza regularly since 2018.
