Incubate for Self-care
Special Biodanza session-Canberra
Saturday 1st July 6pm
Midwinter is a time of cocooning and incubating. This is an invitation to nourish the roots of your self-care in this precious time of the year. When we open space to fill our cup and take care of ourselves, there is a deep replenishment.
Kate will invite you to subtle, progressive simple movements and exercises that offer space for you to feel more nourishment and presence in your body. This is a time and space for you to unwind and drop into openness, possibility, flow and rest.
We will close the evening with a warming cup of chai and blissballs.
Biodanza is an integrative system of human development. Professor Rolando Toro Araneda developed Biodanza based on studies in anthropology, psychology and biology. Music, dance and expression offer us a path through life that respects our instincts and supports us to live with pleasure, satisfaction and connection.
“Follow your bliss and where there were only walls and the universe will open doors for you” said Joseph Campbell
