Biodanza School – Open Weekend + Accommodation

The Biodanza School offers immersive Biodanza Australia retreat weekends designed to deepen your experience of the dance of life, connection, and self-discovery. These residential weekends combine movement, reflection, and community in a supportive retreat environment.

You don’t need to be enrolled in the Biodanza School to attend. Open weekends are ideal for people with some Biodanza experience who want to deepen their practice through dedicated dance retreat learning in Australia.

All weekends are held residentially at Railway Barracks Dance Retreat in Goulburn — a purpose-built venue for Biodanza retreats in Australia.

What’s included

• Attendance at a Biodanza School open weekend module
• 2 nights accommodation at the Railway Barracks dance retreat venue
• Access to shared retreat facilities and dance space
• Connection with the Biodanza community in Australia

Price per module: $525 (GST incl.)
Cancellation: Payments remain as credit for a future Biodanza School module.

Approx. 2-hour drive or train from Central Station.

From Canberra:
Approx. 1-hour drive. Car-pooling, bus, Uber, or car hire options available.

Weekend Logistics

Check-in: From 5pm Friday
Room vacated: By 10am Sunday morning
Final check-out: By 4pm Sunday

Room allocation: Based on availability; couple/shared preferences considered where possible.

Terms & Conditions

Liability:
Southern Cross Biodanza School and the Railway Barracks are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Code of conduct:
Participants are expected to respect the venue, facilities, and other guests.

Health & safety:
All participants must follow current health and safety guidelines during the retreat.

Travel:
Car-pooling encouraged; assistance may be available on request.
