About Biodanza
Biodanza is an invitation to move, express, dance and rediscover a felt sense of aliveness and connection — and its effects ripple into everyday life. Through music and movement, dormant parts of ourselves come to life, opening deeper connections within, with others and in the world around.
Rooted in human traditions of music and dance as well as biology, psychology and philosophy, Biodanza is about remembering we are all in a dance with life. Read more at biocentrica.com.au
