Biodanza Series – Wednesday night – 2026
Join us for Biodanza on Wednesday evenings at Balanced Yoga in Kingston. Each session runs from 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM, creating a dynamic and nurturing space to explore life’s many dimensions through movement and connection.
We are social beings, but modern life can feel isolating. Dancing is a natural way for humans to connect. Let’s rescue the ancient wisdom of dancing—not for performance but for coming together, enlivening and uplifting each other, connecting to our inner wisdom, and celebrating life.
We will dance our way across the year through 4 series of Biodanza, exploring expression, integration and development through the Biodanza system. Traversing inner landscapes within the dynamic and welcoming space of shared intention and enjoyment.

Biodanza draws on the universality of human traditions in music and dance, the creative arts as a mode of healing, and the life sciences of biology, anthropology, and psychology.
This series is led by Kate and Claudio, experienced facilitators who have guided Biodanza for many years. We look forward to dancing with life, with you in 2026!

10-Class Pass (flexible and valid for 6 months from date of first class)

The weekly program is progressive. It is ideal if you can attend as often as possible.

Terms & Conditions
Validity Period: We are a small, micro business and one of our priorities is to make Biodanza as accessible as possible. We’re able to offer lower-priced class passes when we know there is a genuine commitment to attend the classes we’re running. To make this fair and sustainable for everyone, we do need to keep to the valid time-frames for class passes.
5-class passes are valid for 3 months
10-class passes are valid for 6 months
The validity period starts from the date you attend your first class using the pass.
Your Care: While we take every care as facilitators, you are responsible for your well-being during the classes. Any injuries sustained are not the responsibility of the facilitator or Biocentrica.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds. For exceptional circumstances, such as medical illness that fully prevents attendance, please contact us.
Payment Fees: All payments made via this website include a credit card fee of 1.8% to cover payment gateway costs. Other payment methods, such as bank transfers, are available on request but incur a $10 admin fee.
