    • Payments
      • All payments made via this website, unless otherwise specified, have an added credit-card fee on top of the advertised price. This fee is added to cover the cost incurred by the payment gateway Stripe. As of 22-Nov-2022 this fee is 1.8%.
      • For instance, a purchase of a service worth $100 will have an added fee of $1.80. The total amount paid will become $101.80
      • Other payment methods, e.g. via bank transfer, are also available on request, but incur a fee of $10 to cover admin costs.

    • These Terms and Conditions govern the website operated and provided by Biocentric Living pty ltd (ACN 163621430) (Biocentrica)
    • Any use of Biocentrica’s website by you constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    • Biocentrica may at any time, in its sole discretion, amend, vary or modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.
    • Modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and any subsequent use by you of this website will constitute your acceptance of the modifications and the then-current terms and conditions of use of this website.
    • Biocentrica may, without notice, terminate or suspend this website or any part of the website at any time.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Class enrolments are valid only for the specified timeframe. If a significant health issue affects your ability to attend classes within this period, you may request an extension. Any extension requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion.
    • Workshops: If you cannot attend a workshop, you can transfer to another person or must notify us before the event to receive a credit. Cancellations made at least one week prior will receive a 60% credit; later notice will receive a 40% credit. Refunds are not available. Credits are valid for 12 months from the workshop date and may be used only for other Biocentrica products. This applies to all workshops unless otherwise stated.
  • Privacy
    • Any personal information received by Biocentrica will be collected and disclosed in accordance with Biocentrica’s Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time and available here).
  • Disclaimer and Liability
    • While Biocentrica provides the website and its contents in good faith, Biocentrica does not accept liability or responsibility for any content or material on this website, including for the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, reliability or timeliness of the content;
