  • Payments
    • All payments made via this website, unless otherwise specified, have an added credit-card fee on top of the advertised price. This fee is added to cover the cost incurred by the payment gateway Stripe. As of 22-Nov-2022 this fee is 1.8%.
    • For instance, a purchase of a service worth $100 will have an added fee of $1.80. The total amount paid will become $101.80
    • Other payment methods, e.g. via bank transfer, are also available on request, but incur a fee of $10 to cover admin costs.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Workshops : If for some reason, you cannot attend a workshop you have purchased and wish to claim a credit, you need communicate to us beforehand that you won’t be attending. If you give notice of non-attendance up to 1 week before you will receive a 60% credit of what you paid. If you give notice later than a  week, you will receive a 40% credit. You cannot receive a refund. The credit can be used only on other Biocentrica products and is valid for a year from the date of the event. This applies to all workshops unless otherwise specified.
  • Governing Law
    • The laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia govern these Terms and Conditions and any agreement formed under them. You and Biocentrica irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia
